Our Chaturbate account was banned about 2 years ago for a policy violation related to substance rules. We understand this is serious and we’re not trying to bypass anything — we want to handle it the right way.

The problem: we’ve tried contacting Chaturbate support multiple times (via the help/contact form and email), but we’re not getting any reply.

Questions:

1. What’s the best way to reach Chaturbate support (any specific contact path that actually gets a response)?
2. If an account was banned for a substance-related policy violation, is reinstatement ever possible after a long time?
3. If reinstatement isn’t possible, can support confirm whether new registration is allowed, and what the correct process is (so we don’t accidentally violate “ban evasion” rules)?
