My account got banned, please help!

Today I was chatting with a model and she told me she was 18 and her ex was 38, so I just asked her in shock if she started dating him when she was under the age of 18, so, the filter didn't let me ask her. Minutes later my account got banned. Then I went on an alt account that I had from years ago called Junperv that also got banned when I tried to talk to her again saying it was me (reillior). I will never ask these type of questions again even if they're obvious, I should've known not to throw that word on a porn website. Please, let me access my accounts again, I had just bought tokens on the alt account to keep supporting her and couldn't even use 1 token before I got banned again.

Yeah, I know it's frustrating. Emails are answered in the order they are received and sending more than once will delay the process also any new accounts you create will be automatically banned if you purchase tokens because your ban is associated with your name/CC info.
