This is a formal notice regarding ongoing unauthorized use of my identity, likeness, and promotional materials associated with my former studio-managed Chaturbate account.

My original model account on Chaturbate was: AvrilLemell. Now AvrilLemeow.

I am reporting unauthorized exploitation of my content and identity through external promotional channels that were originally linked to my account.

A Telegram group (avrillovesuckyourfingers, please report) that was previously associated with my Chaturbate profile (AvrilLemell) has been taken over, renamed. Despite these changes, it continues to use protected materials, including:

Promotional images created and used in connection with my Chaturbate modeling activity (including cropped or faceless versions)

A preview/link that originally directed users to my Chaturbate profile (AvrilLemell)

Continued association with my established model identity and audience

The current model promoting this content is identified as: faithinpromo, which is actively using my prior identity and audience recognition to divert traffic and create false affiliation with my Chaturbate account.

This constitutes:

Unauthorized use of my copyrighted promotional content (DMCA violation)

Unauthorized use of my likeness and model identity

Fraudulent audience diversion and misrepresentation

Impersonation through continued association with my Chaturbate profile (AvrilLemell)

Hi, I'm sorry to say, but writing this here won't do anything at all. Being this an Unofficial forum, it is not the best place to deliver a legal notice--there's no one to deliver to.

Seems like the "avrillemell" account was used to stream only by one model from april last year up until recently. So I'm assuming you're that model and that you just stopped working for a studio.

If it was a "studio account", then the most important thing to do--before anything else, DMCAs or whatever--is to ask support to unlink your ID from said account. Not doing so could result in a hell of a headache later on for you.

Once you unlink your ID you can verify yourself again and ask them to take down the pics and vids of you that remain on that account--maybe before thinking on DMCA anybody.

Now, if you are going after the "avrillemell" name and account--again, if it's a "studio account"--then the studio owns it and they can do anything they want with it like placing a new model or link to it from whatever sites.

A bit of advice before finishing. If you do decide going for the "legal" route at any point, you're gonna have to use proper channels and either do more research or get better legal advice as the text you posted wouldn't stand as a DMCA notice or any other legal notice.

So what's your particular situation and when did it happen?

Oh, I get it, yeah.. It happened on April 26-27. However, I hope that the support will respond, I have already applied, because this is no longer an internal conflict in the studio, but the use of my photos for the purpose of falsification.
