Account Banned/Missing Funds

Good evening,
I have emailed chaturbate starting on 4/23/26 as I was banned and not given a reason I have been camming since 2018 and it is my main source of income. I am trying to get a response for the reason behind the ban as well as possibly being unbanned so I may begin working again, my user is gayndepressed
I apologize for whatever I did that may of violated the terms however I don’t think that I have at least to my knowledge therefore I’m not sure why I was banned. I also have still not received my payout and cannot access my payout information or token stats to see why this is, I have also sent a ticket for my missing payout which I made the minimum I have set up.
Can I please get some type of support in getting this all resolved?

I’ve seen posts on here about Chaturbate putting people on a suspension (Not sure about ban?) after they’ve said something to imply they’re having suicidal thoughts. I think they call it a “protective suspension?” It could possibly even be something that was said jokingly that wound up get flagged as problematic?

Maybe your screen name and a recent conversation you’ve had with a member about depression is the issue? Your screen name is sure to invite some members to bring up the topic of depression (and possibly suicide) into your chat. And then those words will probably get flagged by CB. So even if they were to undo the ban, I’d absolutely change that screen name if I were you.

The name change process is very simple! I mean, once you get your account back, and they may even instruct you to do just that in their reply to you. You'll receive a reply eventually but if it is a protective suspension then it's probably going to remain in place until you verify you've seen a professional about it.

This might be it I picked the name when I was 18 and people ask why I’m depressed and I tell them I’m not I’m stressed from college but I see how this might have been flagged will definitely change it if that’s what caused the issue!
