Hi @punker barbie it seems you are the Queen Bee in getting things done! I have uploaded my revised W9 form to my payment info about a week ago, yet when i emailed support to receive confirmation, as to when my funds would be released and back onto my account because at the moment there is a couple thousand in limbo, i was sent an automated response that was the same as the first one telling me the reason my payment was held (unfilled w9 form). My information below.

Username for CB - lostboybeau
Pay range requested - April 20th, April 30th, May 13th, May 20th.
 
@punker barbie Support Emailed me again but i am at a loss for words.
I have directly uploaded the filled out form to my payment information field inside my account, as well as send the file directly the the chaturbate support email.
But, they continue to send the same automated response message -
"It has come to our attention that your payment has been held because we do not have a W9 on file for you. We must have this completed form on file in order to send you payments.
Please go to this link https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf and fill out the first page of the form completely, save it to your computer as a PDF or JPG, and email it back to us.
If you are unable to save and send the document, we ask that you fill out the form and take a picture of the completed form, and then send the picture to us. "
What should I do...
