Hi @punker barbie (and honestly anyone reading who has any advice) -

I'm going to be upfront: I'm posting this as a last resort. I've seen your name come up in a few threads where broadcasters were stuck in payout situations like mine and you actually got them through, and I'm just really hoping you might be willing to do that for me too. I genuinely don't know where else to turn at this point.

My broadcaster username is MissBritneyFoxx and I'll try to keep this short.



The main issue: my payouts are frozen.

Once I switched to daily payouts, the system started holding every single payment and never released one. The cause is honestly so simple. I changed my name back to my maiden name after my divorce, so my SSN is registered with the SSA under my current legal name, but the bank account that was on file when I switched to daily payouts was still under my prior married name. That name mismatch is what's triggering the SSN validation failure on every payout the system tries to process.

On June 8th I sent the corrected W9 in my current legal name, matching photo ID, and updated banking info aligned to the corrected name - basically everything they would need to clear it. I followed up on June 15th and again on June 17th with the same complete documentation. Every reply is the exact same automated "SSN validation failure" message. It doesn't seem like there are any human eyes on my emails - the system is just cycling the auto-reply and every payout that's been generated since the switch is sitting there frozen.

My ask is that we use the corrected W9, match it to the SSN, route the held payouts to the corrected bank info. Everything needed is in the email thread. The only thing missing is a person actually opening it.

If you could please get my June 8 / 15 / 17 emails in front of someone on the payouts team, you would honestly change my life. I've spent six weeks watching this loop with no way out.



The second issue: my account was banned.


I'll keep this part short because the payouts are what's urgent.

For weeks before the ban, my broadcasts were being targeted by my ex-husband. He was creating new accounts every time I blocked him, entering my room over and over, disrupting my streams, doxxing me, recording broadcasts without my consent, and sending the footage to my family members to try to out my work. I reported the harassment to Support in writing.

There is now a legally enforceable protection order in place against my ex-husband. He is barred from contacting me on any platform. The situation that caused the violations is legally over.

I sent a full appeal to Support explaining the protection order context, and asking for any path back - probationary, restricted, monitored, any conditions they wanted to put on me. I haven't heard a word.



So that's where I am. Six weeks in, three emails going into the ether on the payouts side, weeks frozen in a validation loop, and a ban appeal sitting silent on top of all of it. I am exhausted. I'm trying not to spiral. I check my email every morning and it's just another robot.

If you need anything from me to look into this - screenshots, a PM with verification, anything at all - just tell me and I'll send it right away.
