Banned Immediately After Verification

Hello everyone,

I am looking for advice regarding a Chaturbate account ban that I have been unable to resolve through support.

My username was "temptingvixen". I had previously worked on Chaturbate with verified accounts. On February 27, I created a new account, submitted my identity documents, completed the verification process, and was banned shortly afterward before I ever broadcasted or earned any tokens.

Since then, I have submitted multiple support requests and emails. I always receive the automatic confirmation that my request was received, but I have never received a response from a support agent.

I can still log into the account, but I only see the message: "Your Account Has Been Banned."

I have also discovered that when my identity documents are submitted to another account for co-model verification, that account is also banned, which makes me believe there may be an issue associated with my verified identity.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how I can get my case reviewed by the appropriate team?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It'd be difficult to say as you don't seem to provide information about your actual ban.

It'd seem that you were previously banned on one of your multiple accounts. Just so you know, the ban is placed on you, the person, and it will follow you to any and all accounts (previous or new) where you are verified.

The reason I am confused is that this account was a brand-new account.

I created the account, submitted my identity documents, completed the verification process, and was banned shortly afterward. I never broadcasted, streamed, or earned any tokens on this account.

Because of this, I do not understand what violation could have caused the suspension.

Could you please advise how I can find out which account triggered the suspension or whether there is any review process available?

All of your accounts are banned now. At least any that you have your ID associated with at this point. You'll need to wait for a reply from support. No one here can help you. Some emails contain links asking if that resolves your problem, click no and it'll escalate to a human. If you were told a rep would be in contact in an email, then all you can do is wait.
