My Chaturbate Account Has Been Banned Due to an Error

Hello,

My account was recently banned because I was allegedly underage, but this is clearly a mistake.

My account was fully age verified through your official verification process. I submitted my government-issued ID and completed all the verification steps required by Chaturbate.

The identification documents I provided for my account verification are valid until 2033-04-04 and confirm that I am over 18 years of age. These documents were reviewed and accepted by Chaturbate during the verification process, which resulted in my account being successfully approved.

Because of this, I do not understand why my account was banned for age-related reasons after already being successfully verified by the system.

Additionally, I have received requests from Chaturbate asking me to provide the ID of a person I am supposedly broadcasting with. However, I have never streamed with anyone else. All of my broadcasts have been conducted alone, so I am unable to provide identification for another person because no other participant has ever appeared in my streams.

I believe there may have been an error or misunderstanding regarding my account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help to restore my account as soon as possible.
