Account banned - still waiting for a response after 6 weeks

I received what I would have assumed being my first ever ban in 8 years on the site that it would be 2 weeks, but I am still banned since May 21st. I did explain in the Support Request that it wasn't intentional. It's easy to get caught up in conversation, laughing. I put a funny gif in a private message sharing something funny from my country for a model and I don't know why I didn't register to begin with. I realised after I had sent it that the gif contained a child on a scooter. There's no email from support with any ticket numbers. I sent 2 requests, 2 weeks apart.

Over the years I've been on the site I've reported countless images that breach the rules of the site that have been uploaded to the sites servers. I have seen many gifs of infants that still exist in the gif collection on the servers today that have been used often that still breach the very rule I've been banned for. I work as a full time moderator on the site and I'm always doing my best to help models with the rules on the site, even users and I'm not happy with myself that I did something without thinking and got banned for it, I should have known better. It was a lapse in judgement and I am genuinely sorry. I'd be happy to never use the upload image feature in the rooms again and just send images to their social media accounts to avoid any further mistakes.

I have a severe disability and I can't leave my house. Being on the site is the only place I've found a sense of purpose within my isolation. The interaction, helping others and moderating full time is the only real human interaction I have and closest thing I can do that resembles work. I would hate to lose that permanently over a stupid mistake made by me. I chose Chaturbate 8 years ago over other sites because it had a better atmosphere and it has been a much friendlier and far more enjoyable site to be on, and I'd really like to continue helping to keep it that way.

I only sent a second request because the ban had not been lifted within the 2 weeks. I didn't feel like I had much choice. I haven't sent another request because i didn't want to add another one uneccessarily to the list. I'd really appreciate a response.
 
If it was a gif that is built into the interface, I'd hope that support would review your account and realize it wasn't an intentional breach of TOS. I feel it's the onus of the site to restrict the images that are allowed to be uploaded and remain on their servers if they're breaching their own TOS.

Unfortunately the image in question was one I uploaded in a private message. It was just a stupid mistake. I have been given a warning for it before, i was caught in conversation, sleep deprived and wasn't thinking.

I've done that twice in the first 2 weeks of the ban.. sending yet another request would only flood the queue with a third request on the same thing. I'm sure CB support are busy, I just wouldn't expect a reply to take this long.

i never got one.. there was no email to say i had submitted a ticket, I saw the account was banned screen, clicked the link, it took me to a URL with fields to fill, username, email address etc details and press submit. No emails have ever been received to say i have a ticket number (nothing in junkmail). Or did I miss it on the website when I clicked submit?

ok I've sent an email through. I assume I will get an auto response soon witih a ticket number, if so I will reply here with it. My anxiety is through the roof and i'm off to bed, thank you for helping me.

Weird, I sent 2 requests in Chrome and I emailed Support yesterday. I never got an autoresponse or ticket number. checked junk mail.

Yes I used the email address associated with my username: apoeticheart
I assume the usernames are not case sensitive.

I sent a direct email to support@chaturbate.com on the 8th of July. I'm not getting any auto replies or ticket numbers. email subject is: Re: ban of Apoeticheart

we cannot find any recent open tickets with the information provided.

Something has to be faulty if 2 direct forms on their website and a direct email that has gone through cannot be found.. And I'm not receiving any autoresponse emails.. and I know I'm not the only one who is having the same issue in a different country to me.

Hi,

I'm just writing here because I have not heard anything in regards to an account ban for username: apoeticheart . I was banned on May 21st around 5:41AM Adelaide, South Australia time. I did send a request and i thought the ban would last 2 weeks, I sent a second request and have had no responses. I posted on the Ambercutie forum and Punkerbarbie recommended I email support instead.


I know what I did wrong and I hate myself for being so stupid and yes I should have known better, even though the images were innocent and intended for humour. I do feel terrible about it because I value Chaturbate above any other site, it's a major part of my life due to severe disability. I am on the site to help people, I help users by assisting them with what they're looking for and I moderate for a handful of models that rely on me to help them run their shows, it's also the last shred of human interaction I have in life because I have been isolated and unable to leave my house.. I've always explained rules to models who don't always understand.. I feel very stupid for being banned purely from lack of thought. I know that uploading anything to do with with minors is against the rules and I'd never ignore that intentionally. Being in a rush to share something funny to make someone laugh or feel better was my only intention. In the past I have contacted support about images that were uploaded to the site that were illegal. Even recently I have still seen multiple uses of gifs containing infants doing funny things.. and even though we are on a porn site these gifs are used for humour and sometimes we don't make the connection between the possibility of someone uploading child porn as apposed to something innocent and funny. I'm more than happy to never use the upload picture function again and stick to uploading any photos to their social media accounts instead.

I didn't know what to expect when I first joined a cam site, but what I found,what I've experienced goes far beyond the sexual side of the site and I cherish the connections and friendships around the world with both models and users..

Is there any way this can be resolved? All I want to do is help others and try to make their experience on the site as pleasant as possible and get back the sense of purpose I have on Chaturbate that I can't have in life anymore. I barely have any physical side left anymore and being on the site allows me to at least exist and feel more human, the work I do there helps relieve depression, anxiety and for me resembles the closest thing I can do for work.

Perhaps you could provide a screenshot of your account when logged in, showing both the username and ban notice.
I could, but its definitely banned. i tried clearing cache, even using a different browser to check it wasnt something on my system screwing with me.. but after 3 forms sent to support and a direct email from the email associated weith my account. I find it strange they are unable to find any of them, or any information relating to the ban on my username/account,

Please provide a screenshot so your account can be easily referenced. Be sure that you're logged into the account and that your username appears in the screenshot, along with the Banned notification.
