model recorded our exclusive and selling it!

a model made me pay more than triple her original price to perform a request in exclusive 90/min, and I request exclusives always so models can't record and sell my show, specially with her because i know her she always sells her privates, so i paid more than triple her original price, and at the end she recorded even our exclusive using external apps and is selling it on stripchat and on chaturbate under the same name.
tried support for a week and i only get AI responses that the model didn't break any rules, and that the exclamation mark at the exclusive button that says "After the show, you can save the recording to “My Collection”. The model cannot save it." doesn't mean that the model can't record any show she want and do whatever she want with!!!!!!!

100% correct. And as far as I’m aware any content can be sold on SC as long as the content adheres to the ToS.

I see now that you were trying to say that your posts were not immediately posted after you wrote them. Yes it takes me some time each day to go through the post queue for new users. I own and operate this place by myself, outside of technical/programming stuff from my husband.

We get frustrated when it seems people brush off our experience and knowledge of how things work. Your replies made us a bit RAWR.

Hopefully you can piece together what we're trying to say and see it from a new perspective. I promise we've had years of hearing members' perspectives, too.

There certainly are things that are poorly worded on a lot of sites, and it can seem even more irritating when it's involving your "intimate" time because it involves more personal feeling and emotion. Just know that our response was the way it was because your words also made it seem like the models' content wasn't her own simply because you paid more.

Now, as I said earlier: if your image showed up on the video she sold, you have something to be upset about. Otherwise it's just a mere disappointment that things weren't exactly how you interpreted, and hopefully the vent here got it out of your system and you can move on with new knowledge about how things work.

I personally couldn't GAF if a model wanted to resell a recording of a private I had initiated.
Fom a viewer perspective, I think the biggest difference between private and exclusive private on SC, apart from not allowing spying, is the C2C option in exclusive.
Previous replies have discussed the viewer's video being VERY unlikely to be captured. But audio is another consideration.
I'm not sure if SC's C2C feature allows the viewer's audio to be activated, if so that could be a reason why exclusive privates are not able to be recorded by the platform.

That doesn't prevent the model from recording it by another method.
Viewers should never assume that any private show is truly private.

EDIT to add: OP doesn't seem to have expressed any concern about own privacy, just seems to be upset that the model is re-selling a recording. So above is really just about maybe understanding why the site doesn't record exclusives.

From what I've gathered, the model has the ability to automatically save a private afterwards, and have it easily able to be resold on her page from there. I could be wrong.

If a model allows recording on stripchat the show is recorded and the model has the option to save it or discard it automatically and the user can choose to "save to collection" or discard it. If she does not allow recording the show is not recorded. Exclusive is recorded for the user only automatically. If a model uses OBS or another software to record her own stream there is no rule or law against that. The model is the copyright holder and can do as they wish with it.

On SM even at top volume the audio rarely gets captured. If I wish to repurpose the footage, which in most cases I don't. But say I did, it's very easy to edit those parts out. Which I'm sure she would do too.

But for the sake of argument, say she didn't. On SM it would never be approved for resale, same with C4S and most clip sites, because AI software catches that right away, even if it's just a grunt or a single word. So you guys don't need to worry about that, unless SC doesn't screen content before allowing it to be posted. Which would be rare and surprising for these sites. Most of them now use AI to screen everything and it tends to be overly stringent and make mistakes more on the over cautious end, rather than then under cautious.

Shed have to be pretty dim to resell content that had another dudes voice or image in it, because no one who saw that (or very few) would get shows with her afterward, if she did. I guess I shouldn't underestimate the potential for human stupidity and error, however (these days) there are a lot of safe guards in place to catch that stuff. On most sites.

I informed the support at the time that I got (the model didn’t break any rule or violate anything answer) and they told me to appeal the report over and over again.
After this reply for a week 90% of the answers I got felt written by AI with the same answers.

And when I asked the model why did she recorded our exclusive she immediately blocked me hahaha.

There is nothing on the site in the TOS or the broadcaster rules page that says a model cannot record any show (private or exclusive, recording shows is not mentioned at all). So I agree with you that the notice saying models do not get a recording should be removed.

We models can use our own software to record OUR stream, not CB/SC/MFC's stream. We as models own our own content in this way, it's OUR stream, OUR content to do what we please with.

If the model actually recorded the member's cam image on the vid, I can see that being an issue, but so far that hasn't directly been stated in this thread.

When us cam models take a viewer into a private show and the show ends, a message will pop up and ask us if we want to save the private show video with a yes or no option. If we choose yes and the private show video is saved to our video section. We can than sell the video but this is only the regular private show without cam to cam.

I think I understand what your trying to tell us. Us Models do not have the option to save your audio and sell the video with your voice on it. If we use external software to save an exclusive with your vioce recording we could get banned. It is not permitted.

Yes, you can use your own OS to create and upload a video. That is normally what I do for creampies and cum shot shows with my husband who is also a verified SC model. The regular private show recordings do not have cum shots or creampies because that is strickly exclusive so the only way I can do a cumshot or cream pie is to use my personal OS and upload them. Viewers often request cream pie videos which appear to be there favorite and have asked me why I dont have creampies and I explain that recorded regular private shows do not have that feature and are limited to sex toys and role play.

No, that's not what I said.
I was speculating as to possibilities why Stripchat doesn't let models save a recording of an exclusive private directly via the site.
I didn't say anything about possible consequences for the model using external software to record their show, far as I know that's no concern of the platform.
The original post starting off this thread seems to support that.

I think the confusion is the wording. I don't think they mean "after hours" as in "opening hours", they mean they must wait for hours, so their stuff does not show until "after many hours". That's what I understand from it.
