Unable to cashout or tranfer tokens

Hello!

For the past days I have been unable to cashout my Chaturbate tokens, as I received the error message "Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues.".

I've contacted support a few days ago but currently have not heard anything back, and I am just wondering if anyone can assist or offer any advice? I'm not sure if there's anything else I need to do or if I should continue to stream in the meantime.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

@punker barbie Thank you. I saw their response but they say that the original account owner will have to contact them directly but I already did through the associated email but they are not responding.How can I go about this?please advise

Hello @punker barbie . Support was really of help and they said that I was welcomed to work on the account again and I verified the account using my details since I am the original owner. I verified the account witj a second person also. To my shock, the account got banned with over 30K tokens which is so heartbreaking. Please help me recover my account. I just followed what support directed me to do only for them to ban my account. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that. You need to open a new ticket now regarding the ban.

As a general advice, it is not a good idea to verify other people on your account. If you're going to stream with somebody else, use the "Guest Accounts" feature. Wish you luck.

After appealing the ban, my account got reinstated. I was instructed to have my payout information within three days. While I was in the process of adding the payout details, I discovered that my account had been banned again.

I am confused about this sudden ban after it was lifted, especially after following the instructions provided. Could you please clarify what happened and help resolve this issue?
