I would like to ask for assistance regarding my age verification process, as I still haven't been verified despite submitting my Passport and Digital National ID. I have been waiting for the verification to be completed, and I am unable to start working until then.

I am kindly asking for your help because my ID’s keeps on saying “Unsupported” or “Denied” even tho I already did my best to capture it clearly and visible, and actually I submitted my ID’s three times already and still keep saying the same thing. I’m very frustrated with the verification process. I resubmitted my documents again now, but they were rejected again. Has anyone else experienced the same issue here?

I have my Passport and Digital National ID, I already did everything to captured it clearly and visible. And still they are rejecting it even though I can see it clearly into my two eyes that they were really clear and visible before submitting it.

However in my side can I just send an email directly to the Chaturbate Support team my ePhilID both the front and the back of my document, like I am going to screenshot it on my phone then crop the ID from front to back? So that it will be more visible that CB are looking for? Because I already did everything in my power in troubleshooting and still they are still rejecting it. Please help me.

Does anyone here have any experience with this?

Do not alter the document or proof of identity in any way. Many models have run into issues because they altered their documents. The document must be perfectly legible. If you cannot take a high-quality photo of the document with your mobile phone, go to a professional photographer.

Oh I see, great! Thank you so much! Actually I was about thinking of that but I did ask first the CB support if it’s allowed and apparently I am still waiting for their response before doing it so while waiting I am asking here if anybody experience this.

From what I gathered, the ePhilID is the National Digital ID printed by the government on a special sheet of paper--that seems to be what they're asking for. Seems that the process is pretty straightforward, so if you have a PhilSys registration center nearby, getting it should be fairly quick.

I found a Guide on how to get the ePhilID--it has useful information and tips, so you may want to take a look.

How much time does it take you to get to the nearest PhilSys registration center? It's a walk-in process--so it could take hours, not weeks.
