    Hi Shirley.
A few days ago, I decided to cash out my tokens. I don't have any of my payment or tax details set up so I decided instead I'd prefer to just get my tokens back and use them on the site with other models.
Is this possible? Thanks so much xx

    Hi Shirley!
I hope you're well! My username on chaturbate is bambibandini and today I was banned for the fact that I'm underage when I have a valid ID and everything! Please help me! I was recommended to you from some cam models who said you're fantastic at sorting things out. I'm new to the camming world and don't want my journey to end here! All my love, B.

Hey! I was hoping to get your help regarding a payout issue on chaturbate with direct deposit. It is actually our first payout and we have been told that it was denied by our bank but they show that there was never any attempt to deposit the money. Any suggestions as to what to do next? Thank you for your time!

Hi, I've been on CB (emma_and_adam) for a few months now and everything has been great. Yesterday I was locked out of my account because it said my password was wrong, but I didn't change it. Tried to get a new one sent to my email, but never received it. There's no reason I shouldn't get the email. Support isn't helping and said my username isn't linked with any accounts. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Shirley, I'm trying to follow up a few dmca requests I've submitted through CB support. Wondered if you might be able to help, I'm kinda going crazy waiting with no human response ... thanks!

Hi Shirley, I am having audio issues when trying to broadcast. My mic works perfectly with everything except CB. When I allow CB to use my mic and cam, I can choose my mic (Blue Snowball USB) from the dropdown menu. However, no audio feedback. I have tried my webcam mic and my laptop mic. Still nothing. It simply is not using the mic despite them being there.

Hey Shirley, this is goddesslondon on Chaturbate. I received an email saying my account had been suspended due to suspicious login activity, but provided a link for me to unblock my account. I did so yesterday, but today I cannot login to my account. I logged in on my friend's computer a few days prior to cash out my tokens because I wasn't home and I think that's why my account was suspended (security reasons).

Hi Shirley, I was recently banned and told that the reason was that I look too young despite having proved my age. I was initially told I would get my final payout of over $1550 paid to me but then CB Support seems to have changed their mind and told me I won't be paid.

    Can you help me?
