    Dear punker barbie,
I was on Chaturbate for about 6 month. Then my account was banned. I have no clue why. I did not violate any of the site rules. I had 160 earned tokens and 120 followers. I mailed Chaturbate twice but I only got an answer from a robot(?). Could you help me out on this?

Hello! I have a problem. I made an account on chaturbate and asked to transfer it to the studio but did not have time to specify the payment information. Now my 2000 tokens are gone and they do not answer me((

Hello Shirley. A model I'm following got blocked from receiving tokens. So she sent her ID again for verification then she got the ability to receive tokens again. But when I came to check her profile, I saw that her room got banned. Why was she banned when she already sent her ID again? Can you help her out please, her name is amberfoxx20. Thank you and have a nice day.

I have no way of contacting her now that her room is banned. Can you at least check that she is not being penalized twice for the same violation, last time was because another girl appeared on her cam without being verified, but she already sorted that out. Thank you so much for replying to my post.

Hello and thank you for your service. It seems my account was banned before getting any further information, Support won't reply my mails anymore. I sent my documentation two times and it kept saying it was illegible, I took new shots and before I was able to submit again, my account was banned. Username: alem8

I am new to Chaturbate ( my username is aubrey_maexo) and am having problems linking Payoneer as a payment option. The only options i am getting are Cheque, wire transfer, paxum, and first choice. It may be a super easy explanation but im having a hard time.

Hey Punker Barbie! My account has been banned (probably due to underage suspicion) but the new approval takes several days already now! I have already contacted the support via email, but no response whatsoever. Me and my boyfriend can't wait to get live, we enjoyed it the (short) last time we did it <3

Never a problem to help, spoiledboy. ;) I checked with CB customer service and the payment has been sent and the payment has registered a "successful" in our system . . . wire transfers can take up to 14 business days to clear your bank. You should have received an email from customer service with the payment information about an hour ago. Thanks so much for you patience!

I'm very sorry, els81 but without an email to verify your account there is nothing that customer service can do to help with a lost password. You would be better off creating a new account that you can confirm with an email address, in case this ever happens again.

Hello I am Varg, a member of CB for 2 years. ID - vargluther
My login attempts fail & I keep getting the message - Login has been blocked, please try again later.
I have no idea why my account has been blocked. I logged in earlier today with no problem. I'm locked out & have no idea why.
I emailed support but haven't received a response/acknowledgment. Please help me out.

Hi Varg, were you able to log in at all? Your account is active, so it isn't on CB's end. Please try updating your browser or logging in from a different browser. Sometimes anti-virus updates can also block CB until you reset parental controls. :)

Thx 4 ur reply. I tried switching browsers. I use Mac so no antivirus blocking anything. I had logged in 12 hours b4 the problem began with no problem. Pls check if my IP address is blocked. Using VPN (which I never use with CB), I could create another account so this could be a networking/IP problem.
    punker barbie
    punker barbie
Please turn off your VPN. When you use VPN on chaturbate.com, it blocks you from . . . . well, basically every country and can even keep you from logging in.
