Why doesn't Streamate show Gold Show time is in MINUTES not seconds? :( Lost $150
I just had to cancel my gold show because it was set to 180 minutes instead of 180 seconds. Why doesn't Streamate show what the TIME NUMBER means? It was my first show and everyone was pissed I restarted it :( -

Why Streamate is 30% instead of 35% cut?
For some reason I'm only getting 30% instead of the regular 35%... which is already low. What is this based off of? Is it about the country you're from? :link: I can't find anything on Google about why this is... -

$35.35 for a 20 minute private? ($5.74/min)
So today I had my first Streamate stream. Made around $220 in 4 hours... even though an entire hour of that was in privates. My private rate was set to $5.74... so one of the privates which was 20 min only made me $35.35 because SM takes 70%. So I need to increase my rates. But even at... -

Hi, are we allowed to play music from our laptop while camming? Or maybe even DJ it a bit as entertainment? Is this ok as "fair use", no weird issues about copyrighting etc.? -

12 days later... still not approved?
Hi there, 12 days ago I signed up for a studio account. After signing up and filling everything in... I get a message that we need 3 models to start our studio account. I only have 1 model, so I told them. Just keep getting automated messages back that I need 3 models. I say YES I UNDERSTAND...
