1099 delayed after perma ban

I’m wondering if anyone else is dealing with Chaturbate delaying or not sending their 1099 after a permanent ban. I was banned some time ago and still haven’t received my 1099 for last year, which is stressing me out since tax season is already here.

I’ve contacted support, but I haven’t gotten a clear answer about when or if it will be sent. It feels odd that a platform would delay and potentially withhold a tax form like this when earnings were paid out during the year.

Has anyone already received their 1099 from Chaturbate this year?
If you were banned, did you still get yours?
Does anyone know the actual deadline for them to issue 1099s?

The deadline is January 31st.
No one has received their 1099's yet.

Also, I don't know if it's different because you're banned but check your registered email address the first week of February and your physical mailbox as well.
