Access problem to CB

Hello.
I wanted to ask for help with something. I forgot my password to access the platform, but unfortunately, the contact email for when I created the account no longer exists. I wrote to support using the web form indicating my new email, but I haven't received a response, or if they send it to my old email, I can't see it.
What can I do? I read a lot questions here in ACF and seems that @punker barbie can help with support from CB. Can you help me please? Or anyone.

Thanks @punker barbie , but can you find out where support respond me. As i say. The email account registered in CB platform is unavailable. When i fill the contact form i also provide a new mail to be contacted, but there is nothing in the inbox. Can you help me with that?

Alternatively, can I make another account with different login and email, but same IP and pay method? Are ban risk for that? Thanks.!!
I originally thought you had a banned account, but you just lost access to the email/account...

So I'd assume you can make a new one and just move on. (So long as the first account was not banned.)

The email will most likely go to the registered address. If you were not ID verified then they would have no way to know that you are the account holder so will not provide account details to another email address for what should be obvious reasons.

Its not banned. When I open the profile in the browser, there is no advice or warning about banned or suspended account. Probably I have to move on as you say. It was mostly to recover some unused tips.

Good point. I dont think in that. Anyway I already decide make another account. My only concern is that the payment option and my ip adress are the same that the old account. I guess should be no problem.

As long as the old account isnt banned, which if you just lost access to it, it shouldn't be there shouldn't be an issue with just making a new account.
