I am writing to kindly ask if you could please help. My CB account was banned on 29.07.2026. Firstly, of course, I wrote a letter to a CB support so they could look through my case and unban me or maybe give me an answer. However, one week has passed by and the only letter I got is just an automatic reply.
The fact is that my body let me down during the stream and it has caused a ban. Trully it was an unfortunate coincidence, I would never do it on purpose. And I wish you could help me to get another chance.
