During a period when I was very ill, someone else had access to my laptop and may have taken actions on my account without my knowledge. When I later regained access, the email used for verification had been permanently closed. I completed the requested face verification, but my account was then banned.
Since that time, any new account I create is immediately banned. I have contacted support multiple times over the past seven months but have not received a response.
I respectfully ask for a review of my situation and guidance on how I can resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.
