Account ban

During a period when I was very ill, someone else had access to my laptop and may have taken actions on my account without my knowledge. When I later regained access, the email used for verification had been permanently closed. I completed the requested face verification, but my account was then banned.

Since that time, any new account I create is immediately banned. I have contacted support multiple times over the past seven months but have not received a response.

I respectfully ask for a review of my situation and guidance on how I can resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi, just a heads up, nobody here on the forum can actually review your case or has the power to act upon your ban, only support can do that.

During a period of what, hours, days, months...? It seems a little weird to me that they asked you for identification before banning you, so it may be related to the identification itself. If this is the case, there might be some hope. Now, if the ban is actually related to what somebody else did, it won't matter on support's end. It's unlikely that you'll be able to prove it wasn't you doing those things, and even if you were, you're still solely responsible for your equipment and account security, so you're still liable for what happens with them.

It is not the accounts that are banned, it is you, as a person, who is. I'm assuming that you already tried to open a ticket from one or many of your "new" accounts. If they don't seem willing to answer you, it is probably because they're not. So I would take 7 months of silence as their way of telling you that there's nothing else to do.
