Indeed I got a response, on my original ticket but I responded to the ticked. But I really don’t understand what they are referring too. If we are talking about the meme I really don't get it .

It was permanent band due to a stupid meme that I shared in a DM. Didn't really think of it as unappropriate but it seems to have triggered the band 
I had this account for more then 8 years. Great user (i would say
) Never had an issue, but in the last few months I have been running into things that I have never considered to be against the t&m of the site before.
I really hope there is a way to fix this and I won't love that account

If they answered you something like this then it means that sadly no, there's no way to fix it. I mean, you may try to contact them again if you think you have new information to prove it wasn't a violation, but apologies won't do anything. On their side your case is closed so you may not even get answers anymore.
Be aware that the ban will follow you as a person so any new account you make will be banned too. Just a heads up so you won't go through that hassle too.
