Account banned for being outside in my yard. I wrote support to notify them that I am on my privately owned large property with lots of outside land

Can anyone tell me how long it will take them to respond to my messages about being on private property and moving inside, if that is absolutely necessary? I wrote them almost 3 days ago and still no word. Anyone have any advice. My username is ccsethier and my name on CB is Karma Goddess. I don't see a ticket number anywhere even though I did get an automated response saying they will respond whenever they can. This is really a bummer on me being able to pay bills. Any help is helpful. Thank you!

I don't know anything about timeline, from what I've seen here it can be days to weeks. Were you sure to hit "no" at the bottom of the automated email that you got as a first response? Just want to check with you (I just did a support request too), because if you don't scroll down and hit no here (see picture) I don't think it opens up a ticket.

Advice; don't write them until they write you. If you write them a bunch, every new message bumps you back to the end of the line/ queue.

The best thing to do if you are worried about money and money flow speed, is to sign up and broadcast on a different/ additional site in the meantime.
