Account banned for not be on camera for a longer time :(

Hello @punker barbie , I am reaching you because I did not got any answer from support for over a week my username is yourfantasyc
I got the message that my account was banned because there doesnt appear to be anyone live on cam for a while.
I had some issues with my camera, and it did not connected with the OBS. Now all is fixed.
Can you please help me?

I have an issue which I donno how to solve, thanks in advance for any help.
Few days ago, I was not able to convert my tokens and I contacted support about this issue. The answer at this ticket was that my account was permanently banned and that I will receive the payment soon.
The issue is that I dont know how to get back access to my account… the email that I received is about the fact that I did offered content in serious violation of Terms. There might have been some talks about urination, but I did nothing, it can be proved by Chaturbate records.
I understand now that even the talk about it is not allowed and I fully commit myself to do not break the rules anymore.
I also opened a ticket about the blocked account, I really hope that things will be solved..
Is there any chance to can gain back access to my account?
I have been streaming for over 10 years…

Yesterday I have submit another request at support for review my case about the blocking account.
