Account Banned with no Explaination

Hi all, i need some help and advice.
I am a full time model on Chaturbate and have been for three years now. I did my early morning show as always today and everything was fine no real problems. I then logged off to come for breakfast and I received a message from a fan asking if i had been banned and sent me a screenshot, so of course i spat out my breakfast and immediately check and low and behold, BANNED!!! no message, no email, no explaination, NOTHING!!! I have been suspended before, years ago as i figured out everything out but everything has been fine. Obviously the concern is real and very hightened as this is my main income and just a few days before payout is not good. Has anyone come across this and still been paid out? Did you manage to get your account reinstated? I have of course emailed Chaturbate through the support page that i can access, but as we all know they dont rush getting back you.

Please, any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

If you were banned, how could you have received a message from a fan? I don't use other applications for communication with clients, only on the page. So I don't even know if it's allowed to write outside the page. I was looking at your last case where you had a problem because you listed another social network on the page. Maybe it would be something like this? In the past, it was different not to connect other networks to the page, now it's probably different too.

Nothing has changed on my setup for over a year, I speak with viewers on Instagram and X all the time I don't mention any other platforms or cam sites verbally or in notifications. I have seen cam models smoking, drinking alcohol, people in cam that shouldn't be and animals on cam all which are not allowed the las time I checked. I wish CB would just pause the models account let them have 24 hours to sort the issue if there is one and then suspended or Ban account if the issue is not sorted.

@punker barbie can I just ask, will I still get paid my tokens that I have earned this pay period? my rent is due tomorrow and with out that money that I have earned I'm going to struggle?

Today is the day I have to pay my bills and I'm left with nothing in account. @punker barbie could you possibly ask why I was banned and can we / I sort it I did nothing differently to everyother day. Thanks

When I raised the support ticket I just asked why I had been Banned and for CB to please let me know what I did wrong. Should I send a more detailed support post to CB? I have looked back at my recording of my Live stream for the Morning and there was nothing I said or did that was any different to previous streams, there was no smoking, drinking, unwanted guests, bad lanuage, advertising, talking about other sites it was just me and my regulars who are mightly upset that they are now having to go to another site at the moment. Thank for your help @punker barbie below is there reason for the Ban and i have looked over my stream for that day and the day before and the only thing i said in them is "iv been a bad Milf" or "im a really naughty milf"
in the UK we have to id ourselves to acess chaturbate and maybe this should be the norm for all countries. Im glad my ban will be removed, however as stated in their reply i didnt do anything wrong so why am i still being punished for someone elses mistake?

If we were able to speak our chat directly with CB like other sites this could have been sorted in hours not days or weeks.

Surely 1 week suspended would of been better. I feel relieved that the ban will be sorted however a bit angry that iv been suspended for doing nothing wrong, it just doesn't seem right.

I have replied with the response they wanted so worse case I'll be back online Aug 13th

Your suspension is because (according to their review) you engaged in the individual's roleplay, which is not allowed on CB. Doesn't matter if a viewer starts it. You're not allowed to go along with it. In the future, just report and ban such users.

It is hard for models trying to grow the models that have hundrededs of thousands of followers have loads of Mods to look after their rooms as well and can afford to not allow greys and low tippers to tip their shows.
Hopefully we can get the ban lifted asap and i can get paid. Yay

Mods can't read tip notes. It was the high school part that got you flagged, was that said in a tip note? You should have immediately banned. Yes, there are 18-year-olds in high school but the overwhelming majority are below the age of 18.
