Account banned

Hello,

while I was asleep. my account with username indigo35 got banned.
I didn’t receive any notification or warning before I got banned.

When I contacted support and asked why I'm banned they replied that it was due to suspected serious violation of your terms of service.
That answer didn't really help me so i asked if they could be more specific but i haven't heard from them since (almost 3 weeks ago).

I’m visiting Chaturbate at least from 2012, I know the terms & conditions and I’ve never had a problem before.
In fact I’m trying to help new models to prevent doing something against the rules.

I can’t think anything I did that’s against the rules but if that was the case then it was unintentionally.
Could you please help me to clarify what it is that I did that got me banned?

And suspected doesn’t mean that it’s certain, a fact right?
