Account banned

Hello....
My account @Nandi_lisa was banned 2weeks ago. On the site it showed, It seems you violated our rules. I emailed the support team and got a response stating I have been accepting payments out of the site. This isn't true, I get offers especially from grey users asking if I can be paid through our mobile money, and my response to them is, that I only take tokens. I don't even share my number with my users. So I emailed support again with an appeal since I'm innocent. This time they told me I was banned because previously I was banned in another account by the name @delicious_dream_GG. I have never streamed in any other person's room nor streamed with anyone in my account.

My account has two people verified. Me and another guy who owns studios. he verified in my account during my early days when I didn't know how to do it. I want to emphasize that I have never streamed with him, his only role on the account was to provide his bank account.

So after my 2nd appeal, I told him about the 2nd email and that's when I got to know @delicious_dreams_GG was one of his model's accounts. I got confused Coz I didn't Know whether he was the one that was banned previously and I got banned for being attached to him.

I went ahead and explained this to the support team but I still got the same response. My account has been permanently banned for accepting payments out of the site.

I had worked for a while on the site and grown fond of it. I loved the fact that my users loved pvts more than public shows. I had managed to gain a high strip score and 4.9 pvt ratings. Everything was going fine and I would like it to be that way once more.

@Charlie_SC, Kindly look into this matter and help me get back my account. Thank you.

i think its time to fly solo and go independent, bb. do you really need this guy? beacuse it sounds like you being affiliated with him got your account flagged. it's also super sus that a studio owner is a verified user on your profile too. maybe I'm wrong but im pretty sure he doesnt need to be a verified performer for banking reasons. that seems a little backwards.

it sounds like he doesn't do much because he should be managing your account and figuring out why it was banned, not you. he should be seeing the same emails. you shouldnt have to communicate to the account holder that the account is banned. i mean thats why he gets a percentage of your earnings right? he should be handling all of this while you do the performance side. since you are under a studio, the site is very limited in what they can do. you are not the owner of the account, you are third-party talent. but idk if your account is set up like a studio. he could have created a couples account for all you know. it's weird.

hopefully sc looks into this more. also recommend asking for them to supply you with evidence that you are accepting offsite payments. if you cannot get back on sc and you truly are innocent of what you are being accused of, im sorry. if you are working out of a country where porn isn't illegal, it shouldn't be that difficult to be paid. even if its with a ewallet to transfer funds into your bank if direct deposit/check arent available.

Hello @AudriTwo. Thank you very much for your response. I may have lost you a little on my sad story. I'm independent, I never worked for

this guy and he doesn't get a cut from my earnings. He was just doing me a favor when I was new although I didn't know he didn't need to verify for him to

provide a payment method, this is why when I got banned I had to look for a solution by myself.

However, I'm glad you mentioned asking for proof of my crime coz I did ask the support and their response was, "

"Your account has been investigated and permanently blocked due to violations and breaches of our rules.
We are not obligated to discuss our investigation, disclose the evidence we hold, or explain/justify the actions we have taken. The decision to permanently block
this account from our site is enforced by high management and is final.
Any funds on the account will remain locked and will not be paid as per our site guidelines."

It's one thing to ban me for no reason and even worse when I get banned for no reason and lose my money during these tough times.
