My account pinkcherryx has been banned for over a month now because a user came into my room to start bringing up topics that went against Chaturbate rules, though I kicked and banned him from my room but my account still got banned
I have sent several mails but no response yet... please help me

My models account, pinkcherryx and sluttyxnasty were recently banned and no reply was given i only got a received automated message only it's been a month now

on your other account here (why?) it states you got a reply about one of your accounts. what did that say?

The other account is for a studio representative and . I am using this one for myself as my own advocate. The email only responded regarding the other account, which is completely seperate from me.

Please let me know if you have any advice. Should my account have been a seperate ticket and would it be helpful to create a seperate to have my matter addressed seperately ? @punker barbie

You said they were your accounts, clearly not separate. So if they replied to that ticket that one was permanently banned, so is the other account. Both are associated with you.

Advice would be to find another cam site.
