Hi, I had an account (AussieAtTheBeach101010) and got banned although I have no idea what I did to deserve a ban. I thought it might have been an error so I created a new account (AussieAtTheBeach_10) using the same email address and then used my credit card to become a member. My credit card was charged the amount and then as soon as it went through, that account was also banned despite being brand new. Again, I thought this was an error so I created another new account (AussieAtTheBeach_1010) using a different email address. Again I used my credit card to become a member. My credit card was charged the amount and then as soon as it went through, that account was also banned despite also being brand new. It didn't occur to me that CB thinks I was trying to avoid a ban by creating a new account. I just thought there was an error. I have sent a couple of emails about these accounts being banned and to try and get my money back but haven't had a reply yet and it's been over 3 weeks.
Still thinking this was an error on the CB end, I tried again to create a new account (HardAussie_10) and this time tried to purchase 100 tokens. My credit card was charged and then it listed my account as banned. I'd like my account un-banned please and also to have the money back that has been charged to my credit card (USD$50.89). Thanks in advance for your assistance.
