Today they unblocked me.
But they again will check my documents to verify my age,
because I don't show my face during the stream.

They do these random checks every 2-3 weeks during the stream and only give me 5 minutes.

I manage to provide my documents + selfie in 5 minutes. Everything is fine with my documents.

But the problem is that it takes them a long time to check the documents, and the system is designed for the entire process to take 5 minutes.
And they themselves don't have time to check my documents within 5 minutes and consider it as i violated and ignored the rules. And after 5 minutes, they block me.
Although after 1 hour, all my documents are successfully approved after verification.
But after I need wait few days and ask them to unblock my account, I have to wait several days and write them many emails.
And I don't know how to solve this problem with them. Since the system is lagging.

Yes, thank you. They removed ban today. But unfortunately they will do this again.
I explained in another msg what the reason. But don’t know the solution
