I really need your help, I’m honestly desperate at this point.
My account was banned after another model accidentally streamed using my stream key. She didn’t do it on purpose — she just didn’t check the keys in OBS after I had worked, and accidentally started her broadcast on my Chaturbate account. She was live for about 2 hours, and then my account was blocked for “unverified person on camera.”
As soon as I found out what happened, I contacted her and we uploaded her documents to verify her on my account. But Chaturbate keeps rejecting her documents because in the past her documents were involved in fraud in another studio (without her knowledge). That studio was doing scam activities with models’ documents.
Her own Chaturbate account is still banned because of that old situation, even though she personally didn’t do anything intentionally. And now I can’t verify her on my account either, so I’m stuck and unable to stream at all.
I’ve written to support many times, but I only receive template replies and no real help. I’m a new model, I’ve only been streaming for a couple of months, and now I’m suffering because of someone else’s mistake and issues from a different studio.
Please, if you can, help escalate my case or look into it. I just want to work honestly and follow the rules
