We are reaching out regarding the ban of our studio model, ruby_flame77. We previously contacted support, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
As we understand it, the issue may be related to communication with a minor. We fully understand that this is a very serious matter under the site’s rules, and we respect the platform’s policy on this.
At the same time, it seems to us that this may have been a deliberate provocation from a member. The account was grey and had no tokens, which makes us think it may have been created specifically to set up inexperienced young models. The member explicitly stated that he was 15 years old. Of course, the model should have ended the conversation immediately, and we regularly speak with our models to make sure they do not engage in this kind of situation.
From what we understand, the model became confused and responded, but there was no sexual context or inappropriate intent on her part in that conversation.
This model truly wants to continue working on your site. She has regular viewers waiting for her there, and she had been achieving strong results on the platform. We have also conducted an additional explanatory conversation with her to make sure this situation will not happen again.
We kindly ask you to review this case once more and, if possible, reconsider the decision regarding her account.
