Account blocked, no response

My model name is KaneHunter, a week and a bit ago I was live, my members started having a discussion about the dentist, interventions and other details related to someone's visit to the dentist, I repeat quite detailed details, I did not participate in the discussion, I did not approve anything and I did not "encourage", the next day I woke up with my account blocked (just simple blocked, not permanently blocked), I sent an email to support, explaining what the situation was but I did not receive any response, nothing , just the bot message .
Do I want a chance to broadcast live from my account? Thank you
