Hello. My account has been permanently blocked. The reason given was accepting a payment outside the platform. I did not accept any payment outside of Stripchat. My husband was logged into my account while I was at work. A user messaged him asking if WhatsApp or bank transfer was possible. My husband wasn't sure and said yes. However, no payment was processed. I told my husband that it's forbidden and only tokens are accepted. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anywhere with support because they didn't listen to me. I wanted to ask if it's possible to review this again, as I'm planning a collaboration with one of your models. Many users are enthusiastic about it, and it would benefit Stripchat. I request that you unblock my account since I didn't receive any payment outside of the platform and didn't mention it. Unfortunately, it was my husband who wasn't fully familiar with the rules

Yes, my husband was supposed to answer messages and accept requests. We had a couples account. He didn't know that you're not allowed to accept payments outside the platform. When I wanted to check later that evening, the account was permanently locked.

While Stripchat is super loose with other things, this isn't one of them. I'm afraid you're probably not going to get your account back. Chaturbate is a nice place to land. Feel free to use my link in my signature to sign up if you don't already have an account.

Accepting payments outside of the platform is a violation of our Terms of Service. If you haven’t already, your best next step would be to submit an appeal so the moderation team can review your case.

I would also just like to clarify a couple of things.
1. We do not moderate other platforms, so whether or not an off platform payment was actually received is not our concern. The violation is in telling users on Stripchat that you will accept off platform payments and / or sharing your banking information, PayPal, CashApp, etc.
2. All models on an account are responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to our rules. No exceptions.
