Hello. My account has been permanently blocked. The reason given was accepting a payment outside the platform. I did not accept any payment outside of Stripchat. My husband was logged into my account while I was at work. A user messaged him asking if WhatsApp or bank transfer was possible. My husband wasn't sure and said yes. However, no payment was processed. I told my husband that it's forbidden and only tokens are accepted. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anywhere with support because they didn't listen to me. I wanted to ask if it's possible to review this again, as I'm planning a collaboration with one of your models. Many users are enthusiastic about it, and it would benefit Stripchat. I request that you unblock my account since I didn't receive any payment outside of the platform and didn't mention it. Unfortunately, it was my husband who wasn't fully familiar with the rules
