account hacked n blocked

Hello! The blocking of the account on Chaturbate occurred at the end of February this year. I was a stable model and had a good account. I worked consistently at night, but one day someone hacked my account and streamed z*o-p*rn until I received a permanent block, not during my working hours, but about 7 hours before I was supposed to start streaming. this site was my main source of income and this incident was devastating to my life. I have not received a response from customer service and my livelihood depends on income from this site

Is it possible to somehow unblock my account so that I can continue broadcasting there? If I can somehow prove that it was not me, I will prove it, just tell me how to do it? Is it possible to track the IP address and see that the login to my account that evening was not made from my computer? nickname there is ruby_dallos
