I’m posting here as a last resort and with full respect for the platform and its rules. I’m hoping a site representative or moderator might be willing to look into my situation, as I genuinely believe a mistake occurred.
My account was permanently suspended after a facial verification scan flagged me as not matching the performer on the account. I want to clearly state that I am the sole performer on my account and have never shared, sold, or transferred my account.
The issue happened while I was live at the time of the face scan. I did not reveal my full face properly during the scan, which I now understand was a serious mistake on my part. There was no intent to mislead — it was poor judgment while multitasking during a live session. I went into a little panic mode as it asked for my face reveal during a live show. I fully accept responsibility for that error and sincerely regret it.
I appealed and contacted support multiple times, but the decision remained unchanged. I respect that outcome, even though it has been extremely difficult, as this is my primary source of income. I have already lost approximately 9,000 tokens earned in good faith, which I am willing to let go if necessary — my main request is simply for a fair review of the identity issue.

- Do live video verification
- Submit new ID photos
- Even agree to daily verification, face verifications etc if required
