My CB account @noiett has been restricted since January 11th and I can't enter any rooms or use the DM.
Clicking on any room gives me this message: You are banned from this room.
If I try to type something on DM or answer a message I've received, I get this other notice: You have been banned or silenced from too many rooms. Please try again later.
I haven't been banned anywhere in a very long time and I don't know how this happened.
Support was notified immediatelly but I have no response more than 3 weeks later. If there's anything you can do to speed up their response, it would be really appreciated.
