Account Ban - No explanation or Response

I hope you are well. Unfortunately, my account seems to have been banned but I have not been notified of this, nor for over 2 weeks can I get a response from support.

My account is absoltrainr1010. Please help.

I’m not sure they should be able to charge for tokens and not allow someone to spend them. Just a thought.

@punker barbie Can you please get them to look again?

They said I join too many rooms & send too many messages, I join all my followers and greet them. They seem to have no silence/ban, until I buy tokens - then bang, ban/silence. Please fix!
