Account suspended

Hello. My account succubus_room has been suspended.
On Friday i received the warning about rules violations, and i kindly wrote a message to a official support team via email that there must be some sort of error, as I did not violate any rules and explained why what I had been doing was not a cause for concern.

The next day after few minutes of streaming my account has been suspended as it said in message "to ensure that you are okay" even though i did not start show yet (i was just setting up camera and stuff). I immideately wrote to the support again, this time about suspension, not warning. In the message i told that I'm the main account holder and I am perfectly fine. It has been 50 hours by now since i wrote this message, and there is no response

I believe it is an error caused by automatic system. And as it was weekend my message was lost.

@punker barbie I kindly ask you to help me, if that is possible. This is the end of the period and i simply can not earn money because of this situation. Also as you know it is Halloween and my room decorations are just hanging and waiting to be shown to the world and i was planning big show for the Halloween night, i would be so grateful if by this time im able to stream with your help

There's nothing you can do. You'll need to wait for a response from support. Sending multiple emails will only delay their response to you.

so i think it is because i had bruise on tit that i DIDNT DO on stream and i dont violate any of those and other rules

when i typed to support just about things that i would want to figure out, response would usually take 48 hours or so, but now it has been 3 days already thats why im worried more than usual lol

Could be that but if you were choking yourself that could also be it. That's a pretty broad warning. However, I think your suspension is borne in the email you sent to them in response. Something in that response triggered their self-harm clause. When you do get a response, ask what you will need to do to get it lifted and then follow those steps exactly.

Broad is the right word. Wish i had specifis to exactly know what went wrong. Thats why kinda wrote here (well im desperate as well by now haha)
