I am missing affiliate program ACH payout sent Oct 19th at 2pm. My CB username is tslive, my account is nearly 15 years old & this is the first time I can recall ever having a payment not deposited on time. @punker barbie
I receive 2 automatic payouts per month & I have received the first one of this month on October 6th. This is not a fault on my end, nothing was changed about my payout details & I’ve my reached out to my bank who had their ACH department investigate if there are any pending or rejected transfer & they do not see anything on their end. They instructed me to obtain the Trace number for the transfer for them to investigate further. How do I receive the Trace number for this transfer as it doesn’t show on my account payout page nor on the email notification that states my payout was sent. @punker barbie
Please advise because this is a serious situation that I don’t know how to navigate & don’t understand why I haven’t received my earnings. These earnings are my income. Thank you.
