I'm asking on behalf of a friend who used to model on Chaturbate.
She has an old permanent ban from approximately four years ago. The ban was related to drug use during a private session with a user. The circumstances were complicated, as the user repeatedly encouraged and pressured her to consume drugs during private interactions.
She accepts that the situation violated Chaturbate's rules and is not trying to justify or bypass the ban. She would simply like to know whether there is any legitimate way to request a review of such an old permanent ban.
She still knows her original Chaturbate username, but she has not yet contacted Chaturbate support about having the ban reconsidered.
Before she submits an appeal, I wanted to ask whether anyone here has experience with a similar situation, or whether there is a particular procedure or contact that would be appropriate.
I would prefer not to post her username publicly unless it is actually necessary.
