I own the Chaturbate account “Gato___Blanco”, and on September 6th I suddenly received a permanent ban for: “Engaging in discussions of animal abuse including by way of roleplay is not allowed.” I strongly believe this may have been a misunderstanding caused by a conversation where a human performer was referred to as “Blue Kitty”, and someone mentioned that she received a “cumshot in Blue Kitty’s face.” “Blue Kitty” is simply her nickname because she has blue eyes. She is a human performer, and there was absolutely no animal-related content involved. Another possibility is that users on my channel often call me “Green Kitty” because I have green eyes. Everyone in my stream loves animals (channel name translates to 'White Cat'), so I was very surprised that my channel got banned due to something that was apparently interpreted as animal cruelty.
What makes this even more confusing is that the ban message refers me to Appendix C, but I cannot find a specific rule there that appears to describe this situation. If I actually violated a rule, I am completely willing to understand what happened and correct it. I simply believe this may be a serious misunderstanding.
I submitted my appeal to Chaturbate and am currently waiting for a response, but while waiting this situation is seriously affecting my daily life. I am extremely stressed and also have funds held in the account, so I am genuinely desperate to understand what happened and whether my case can be reviewed.
Punker Barbie, if there is any way you could help me understand what happened or point me toward the right person to review this, I would be extremely grateful.
