Permanent ban for “animal abuse” - need help understanding

Hello Punker Barbie,

I own the Chaturbate account “Gato___Blanco”, and on September 6th I suddenly received a permanent ban for: “Engaging in discussions of animal abuse including by way of roleplay is not allowed.” I strongly believe this may have been a misunderstanding caused by a conversation where a human performer was referred to as “Blue Kitty”, and someone mentioned that she received a “cumshot in Blue Kitty’s face.” “Blue Kitty” is simply her nickname because she has blue eyes. She is a human performer, and there was absolutely no animal-related content involved. Another possibility is that users on my channel often call me “Green Kitty” because I have green eyes. Everyone in my stream loves animals (channel name translates to 'White Cat'), so I was very surprised that my channel got banned due to something that was apparently interpreted as animal cruelty.

What makes this even more confusing is that the ban message refers me to Appendix C, but I cannot find a specific rule there that appears to describe this situation. If I actually violated a rule, I am completely willing to understand what happened and correct it. I simply believe this may be a serious misunderstanding.

I submitted my appeal to Chaturbate and am currently waiting for a response, but while waiting this situation is seriously affecting my daily life. I am extremely stressed and also have funds held in the account, so I am genuinely desperate to understand what happened and whether my case can be reviewed.

Punker Barbie, if there is any way you could help me understand what happened or point me toward the right person to review this, I would be extremely grateful.

Support has now replied to my ticket, but I’m still very worried that the actual context may have been missed. They stated that, because of the permanent ban, they may not respond to any further emails, so I don’t seem to have another opportunity to clarify this directly with Support.

Could you please look at the specific situation I described above and tell me if the “Blue Kitty” conversation could really be considered an animal abuse violation? I’m not asking just for another Support response, I’m really hoping someone can look at what actually happened and solve my situation.

No we weren't. There was no roleplay, there were chats talking about cats. If you consider a chat "roleplaying" then we are in big trouble.
And besides, I checked end to end all the T&C plus all the appendixes, there is not a single mention about "roleplaying as animals" or "animal discussions" being forbidden.

I'm banned for something that I didn't do, PLUS over an unwritten rule.
So, not moving on.

Hi @punker barbie , As I mentioned, they replied without even having considered my comment.
In addition, I reviewed the entire TOC + Apendix A-B-C, there is no single mention about roleplaying as animals or mention about discussions of animal abuse (which OF COURSE I didn't do).

Can you point me where is this rule written? and in addition, I would love to see what content on my channel triggered this. I can't stress enough that there must be a mistake.
