My account on Chaturbate was blocked. I contacted support several times in an attempt to find out the reason, but I only received a generic message stating that my account was permanently blocked due to a serious violation of the rules (no one ever said what exactly the violation was).
This happened after my regular member said he had exceeded the token purchase limit and gave me his bank card so that I could buy tokens for my own account. Perhaps the site considered this action to be fraud, but I didn’t steal anything. Everything was by mutual agreement within the framework of a game of financial dominance. I have correspondence confirming that the member gave me this money voluntarily and has no complaints. I also sent these screenshots to support.
I streamed on this account for 7 years and never violated any of the site’s rules; I’ve never had any bans or any other problems. I really love this website, my members, and my shows, and I would never have thought that something like this could happen to me.
Also, all these years, Chaturbate has been my only source of income, and now I’m completely out of money. Like everyone else, I have financial obligations, and right now I can’t even pay the rent or buy food for my cat.
I really hope that this situation can be resolved. We’re all human. I’m counting on the empathy of the support staff and will be grateful for any assistance!
