Hello. I'm writing my second post (the first was on May 31st) and would like to once again reach out to @punker barbie for help, as Chaturbate wants to permanently ban my account. I did a violation, but I believe that a permanent ban is unfair, and I would be very grateful for any help in unblocking my account and resolving this issue. My account name is Enkeer, the ban date is May 19th, and the ticket number is #25561722.
Sequence of events:
A few months ago: I uploaded three videos of me and my friend having sex to my profile for sale, containing no prohibited or shocking content. Chaturbate approved these videos, and they remained on my profile for about a month. I received no notification about verifying her identity, and after a while, I deleted the videos.
May 19th: My account was blocked, and I contacted support to find out the reason.
May 24th: I received a response from support saying I needed to verify her identity. I immediately contacted my friend and we sent her passport and a selfie to support. I received a window that said "pending approval, please wait 15-30 minutes," and a moment later, her information disappeared without any notification that it was rejected. I contacted support about this.
May 27th: I received a new response from support saying, "After our checks, it was determined that this person was permanently blocked for suspected fraud. All accounts are subject to termination. Accordingly, your account has been permanently blocked and terminated, but you can receive your final payment. You have 5 days to complete your payment information." I was unaware of her block, and she hadn't told me anything about it. I checked this information and found that she was, in fact, blocked for blood. This was on June 27, 2024. I was given five days to withdraw my tokens, but just two days later, my account was blocked again, making it impossible to withdraw my money. I contacted support.
May 29th: Support responded, "How would you rate the support you received?"
May 31st: I wrote a message on the forum and a new message to support to provide evidence in my favor, where I indicated the exact date of the incident and her account name.
June 7th: I wrote to support@chaturbate.com and provided all the necessary information. I only received an automated reply acknowledging receipt of my message, and support stopped responding again.
Since May 31st, I still haven't received any messages from support. If her real reason for blocking was fraud, or if she was under 18, I wouldn't even try to unblock my account, as that would be the most serious violation possible, and I wouldn't have a chance. While the actual reason for her ban is also a serious violation, it's still not as serious as fraud. I really want Chaturbate to fully investigate the situation and give me a fair punishment, such a ban for several months. I believe a permanent ban in this case is unfair, because that girl and I have never attempted any fraud. I deeply regret contacting someone who didn't inform me of their ban on this platform, and as a result, I lost my account and my only job. I'm truly ready to do whatever it takes to unblock my account. I'm not trying to deceive anyone in any way, my account and my work on this site are incredibly important to me. I never intended to violate the site's rules, and I genuinely didn't know about the blocking or that I had to verify the identity of every person I upload photos or videos with in advance.
Please tell me what I can do for help if support is ignoring me. I would be very grateful for any help.
