Hi,

My name is Jane and I work for http://bentbox.co in the customer support team.

You have probably heard about BentBox before, we are a marketplace for photos and videos with a different style, we are growing rapidly and attracting new buyers every day.

We thought to put together a page to explain what are the benefits of using BentBox for an independent model or selfie model.

This page http://bentbox.co/top-reasons-to-use-bentbox-for-selfie-models explains why you should use BentBox as an additional income stream.

Hope you find the article interesting.

Bye for now and feel free to get in touch for any questions, I'm always happy to help.

Have a lovely day and weekend

Jane

ive heard of a bento box before.... yum!

Sellers are paid every month with the following PayOut options:

  • PayPal

You wont get many if any takers from here as we know that Paypal is not a sex worker friendly option

eta: you pay out in a mix of AUD and USD that so bizarre! and not a good option for models at all, US girls would lose money on the AUD conversion and International girls lose money on both payments! Bit this doesnt really matter, as your pay out options are so awful....

"You wont get many if any takers from here as we know that Paypal is not a sex worker friendly option..."

I've heard this comment before; especially from camgirls. If someone has proof, or a good story of PayPal causing serious problems for a camgirl receiving her earned income from a third party, please share it. I'm not referring to a camgirl using PayPal as a billing processor between her and a direct customer... in other words, a cam show buyer is asked or told to use PayPal to purchase a show directly from a cam girl as an independent camgirl might do.

IMHO, PayPal's reputation for not being sex worker-friendly may be misunderstood. I've heard of escorts and massage girls using PayPal... I can see where PayPal would not want any part of this business. But, a company paying its online employees, contractors or affiliates (even those in a sex related business) their earned income via a PayPal transfer is something entirely different. There is no SALES transaction involved here. In this case, there is not the typical (sales) contract between seller and buyer being facilitated by payment through PayPal. That transaction occurred earlier through other parties... who may or may not have used PayPal for it.

I seriously doubt PayPal would invest the time and resources needed to learn and understand that a camgirl or any other model is using Bentbox services to sell their products. Furthermore, if PayPal is not involved in Bentbox's credit processing for the sale of products, then all PayPal is being used for is a general funds transfer agent.

Personal experience here. My personal paypal account was shut down because it was tied to my camming email. I never accepted payments, but I would use it to purchase work related things like VPN and DMCA protection. I lost like $75. When I tried to fight it they told me I was considered high risk due to me being a sex worker. It's their company, if they don't want me as a user, fine.

If you are going to do this. Do not use your camming name or platform for this. All it takes is one person to complain to royally fuck you.

PP froze model accounts that were tied to receiving payment on other adult platforms. I think piggybankgirls was one site that had this happen.

You must have never googled anything about pp before. The internet is littered with horrible stories of sex workers and charities having their money stolen by pp.

Paypal froze my account for being paid for sex work. I wasn't paid by some random guy but a company like this that offered paypal as a payout option. So I made a separate one because I have an ebay addiction, they froze that too. So I made one for my husband, they froze that too. Some girls take paypal, they know the risks and feel like it's worth it. Good for them but they will eventually get fucked and they'll be pissed when they have $xxx in their account and not only does their account get frozen, but they never get that money.

I swear, this is the third time this person has posted this thread, and there's been no response any time.

Actually, a search tells me that it's the fourth. I don't think anyone's all that interested.

Horrible stories. How recent are these atrocities? I'm especially amazed at AriaFaye's experiences. I actually thought PayPal grew up a little. Would not be surprised to see them hit with a substantial class action lawsuit for seizing money that doesn't belong to them and creating hardships for people who merely trusted them to accommodate simple funds transfers... which is what they claim to do.

hard to do a class action lawsuit with it being in their Terms of Service... I haven't been banned from PayPal, but from Google Wallet because I was sending money to a model with her camming email, she got banned also... this was less than a year ago.

Have you heard about models or members getting banned from Venmo?

Mine was from a year and a half ago. The account I attempted making for my husband that was also frozen was from probably a year ago. I accept that I broke their TOS but it's how far they're willing to go to keep me or my family from using their services that feels so shitty.

How some sites can have you use a credit card through PayPal without an actual PayPal account, I can't do that. It always comes up declined no matter what card I use. So far I have been able to use cards in my husband's name with that feature though.

But yes shitty and not even vaguely worth the risk.

Why did they ban your husband if he didnt violate thier TOS?
