Ok, obviously quite the heated topic for the moment. Just going to take a second and remind everyone that directly flaming an individual within this forum will/can result in me deleting or editing your posts. I appreciate everyone being able to state their opinions, but PLEASE find a more responsible and mature way to word it.
That's actually a great idea. But I think some of the fun of the conventions for the models who go is broadcasting on their feed, with their fans, from a public place when it's actually "allowed." And what happens with the tipping? Good concept but hard to work out the details.
I popped in during the show on Friday afternoon and it was actually pretty overwhelming with so many girls on their cam feeds, and so many girls on each cam, lol. It made me a little crazy. It's always fun to see your favorite cam girls in a new environment, but at conventions there's so much going on outside of the actual cam room sometimes it can be hard to follow. Interviews, questions from fans, photo ops... it's all about interaction at conventions and not so much broadcasting a live show in your MFC chat. I think maybe that concept has been forgotten over the span of the last year or so since MFC started having models attend conventions.

Unbelievably poor treatment by MFC to the models who give up their own time and make their own way to these conventions to promote MFC. You can guess what response he will get when leo begs for models to attend the smaller, less popular conventions. The NJ event a couple months ago was just Candie and Jalyn.
The way i see it is that MFC need to reconsider how they organise these things. clearly the way they currently do it is not working, with so many models in attendance it should be obvious that they will all want to appear on cam. How they solve this issue is not for me to decide.
In regards to Candie's tweet and follow up message, it is important to stress that the anger was not directed at other models but at the event management staff of MFC, (i deliberately avoided the words admin staff there). I would hope that they would of said the same to any other 'top' model in the same circumstances, ie if Amber herself had been at the convention. (If it was a personal affront to candie then that is very... unprofessional of them and is a distinctly different matter.)
Finally, i think there is another person that needs to make a comment on this matter and that is Leo himself, he needs to explain his own, and his company's action in this matter.

Never attribute to malice, what can adequately be explained by stupidity.
'you're stealing other girls tokens' - could be an intentional insult, or it could be someone who before MFC spent very little time around girls, and is trying to be funny.
"very high camscore models only" - could simply be that the MFC person at the show has had instructions that they don't understand.
Getting upset about how your boss treats you is horribly hard to avoid.
I've found the only way to deal with it is to try to take the emotion out. Writing angry letters, or angry phone-calls just tends to back you both into your own corners.
Trying to be rational and calm, making logical points, considering any points they make rationally helps.
People can only make you mad if you give them permission to make you mad by caring about them enough to be bothered by what they say.

If some models dont like the way MFC treats them then why not go to another site or make their own personal site instead of getting mad because they didnt get their way! Lets not say Oh well MFC has lots of traffic and thats why u stay! U already have ur fans that take care of u so load them up and move on! That way you could have ur own site and ur own rules and u wouldnt have nothing to complain about!
WOW From an outsiders POV, this sounds like a misunderstanding that is getting blown way out proportion due to egos and emotion. Candie herself said that Leo was basically poking fun at her with the stealing tokens from other models comment. Managers often poke fun at their high earners and encourage those farther down in the ranks, especially in light hearted business situations.
As for the convention itself...aren't the models there primarily to promote MFC? If there were any questions pertaining to WiFi, etc., they should have been addressed well in advance. This whole camscore cake debacle is where the problems of ego arise and who deserves someone else's WiFi more...gimme a break. The admirable thing would have been for the more successful models to take a step back (yes, for a whole day perhaps) and do what they are there for - promoting the site to future customers. If that was out of the question, why didn't they just make a quick schedule that would split up the time equally? My half tokens worth.

I am an outsider on all of this. I had even only caught the tail end of any of the girls at the convention being on cam and I didn't even know of this ordeal until I saw a link to this thread on twitter. I agree with bocefish, this seems like a misunderstanding that has been blown out of proportion. Leo's comment is just a bad joke that I have heard many a times used by other managers, its awkward small talk, no ones good at it and no one likes it.

I agree, definitely a misunderstanding or at least I would hope so. I went to met Leo and he came across as a very respectful and pleasant person. I've met many successful people who were not as grounded as he came across to be. He was a perfect gentleman, knew who I was, stood when introducing himself and shook my hand (as opposed to staying sat) offered me a seat/a drink even though I was unable to stay. The same thing went for his assistant Alex (assuming he was his assistant lol) who was down at the MFC booth, very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Im sure a lot of people give off false personal characteristics when in an atmosphere such as this, but to think that he doesn't care or simply doesn't have the time seems to be far our of left field, or at least I think so.

Well, from MFC's point of view, the models are there to promote the website to visitors to the show who have yet to discover MFC. If I were a visitor to AVN, I'm more interested in observing and chatting with the models in person at the booth than whatever might appear on camera. I mean, MFC is not primarily about models at a trade show. As far as they're concerned, for the duration of the show, who is on what camera in what room for the benefit people who are already familiar with the website and watching on the site would be sort of a minor consideration.
Yeah, they could have communicated better with the models, and whoever told CC that she was not a priority should get a time-out, but I don't see any malice on the part of MFC here.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is simultaneously going on in Vegas, so WiFi in that area is likely stressed to the max.

If you honestly think the things you've been posting, you're horribly wrong about, at least, 2 things. One being that CandieCane doesn't honestly love her regulars, another being that MFC doesn't care about the money she brings in. Just saying, you're a dumb fuck... You don't get that high of a cam score unless you're making like, half of MFC's money lol. OK, I don't know stats, so don't quote me on that.
Oh, and the world DOES revolve around Candie, DUH! She is the sun of the MFC world! And I've never heard about any of this drama from her room and prems that you speak of. Please, enlighten me with very specific detailed occurrences.

Ok, being a pervert isnt a bad thing. But there's a right way about going about it and a wrong way. And Im afraid of how many of those doing it the wrong way are at the convention.
