Ban Appeal Help - No Ticket from Support - Username "SophiaLei"

Hi everyone, especially @punker barbie

I'm a new model from Vietnam trying to get verified on Chaturbate, but my account "SophiaLei" got banned right after multiple "Invalid Upload" errors during age verification. I was only uploading my valid Vietnamese passport (it's not expired and fully matches my selfie), but the system kept rejecting it with messages like "Process was not finished, please try again." I tried 6 times quickly (timestamps: 11:32:55 PM Sep 12, 11:36:25 PM Sep 12, 11:37:44 PM Sep 12, 12:04:22 AM Sep 13, 12:06:02 AM Sep 13, 2025), thinking it was a glitch, and now when I log in, it shows: "We have reason to believe you may have violated our terms of service."

I haven't even broadcasted yet or earned any tokens – I was just trying to complete verification to start as a model. I don't think I violated any ToS intentionally; it seems like a technical issue with the Jumio system flagging my uploads as spam.

I submitted a support request via email to support@chaturbate.com and shirley@chaturbate.com on Sep 13, 2025, but I never received a ticket number or any auto-reply confirmation. No response so far, and I'm really stressed because this was my first attempt.

@punker barbie , could you please help check my account status, create a manual ticket, or advise on how to appeal? I'm happy to send high-quality scans of my passport (front page) and a matching selfie privately via email if needed for manual review.

Thank you for helping so many models here. My Chaturbate account "SophiaLei" was permanently banned for "suspected falsified ID." I assure you my Vietnamese passport (issued 09/11/2025, valid until 09/11/2035) is 100% authentic, newly issued by Vietnam Immigration Department with an ICAO-standard chip. A few months ago, I tried driver’s license and national ID, which were rejected, so I switched to my new passport after reading it’s more accepted. Multiple uploads (Sep 12-13, 2025) due to "Invalid Upload" errors likely caused a misunderstanding.

I haven’t broadcasted or violated ToS. I sent an appeal to support@chaturbate.com on Sep 13, 2025, but got no ticket or reply. I’m ready to send clear passport scans and a selfie privately for manual review, including chip verification.

@punker barbie , I deeply appreciate your help to check my account status or advise on lifting the ban. Thank you!

Tôi chỉ tải lên hộ chiếu Việt Nam còn hiệu lực (chưa hết hạn và hoàn toàn trùng lặp với ảnh chụp tự động), nhưng hệ thống liên tục từ chối thông báo như "Quá trình chưa hoàn tất, vui lòng thử lại". Tôi đã thử nhanh 6 lần (mốc thời gian: 11:32:55 tối ngày 12 tháng 9, 11:36:25 tối ngày 12 tháng 9, 11:37:44 tối ngày 12 tháng 9, 12:04:22 sáng ngày 13 tháng 9, 12:06:02 sáng ngày 13 tháng 9 năm 2025), nghĩ rằng đó là lỗi và giờ Khi Khi tôi đăng nhập, nó hiển thị: "Chúng tôi có lý do để tin rằng bạn có thể đã vi phạm các dịch vụ của chúng tôi."

Tôi thậm chí còn chưa phát sóng hay kiếm được toàn bộ token – tôi chỉ đang cố gắng hoàn thành xác minh để bắt đầu làm mẫu. Tôi không nghĩ mình cố ý vi phạm Điều khoản Dịch vụ nào cả; có vẻ như hệ thống Jumio đã gặp phải kỹ thuật cố gắng khi đánh dấu video tôi tải lên là thư rác.

Tôi đã gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ qua email đến support@chaturbate.com và shirley@chaturbate.com vào ngày 13 tháng 9 năm 2025, nhưng tôi không nhận được số lượng yêu cầu hỗ trợ hỗ trợ hỗ trợ mã hóa hỗ trợ hoặc bất kỳ xác nhận nào đã nhận được câu trả lời tự động. Tôi xin bảo đảm bảo hộ Việt Nam của tôi (cấp ngày 09/11/2025, có hiệu lực đến ngày 09/11/2035) là hãng chính 100%, mới được Quản lý Xuất cảnh Việt Nam cấp chip theo tiêu chuẩn ICAO. Vài tháng trước, tôi đã thử bằng lái xe và CMND/CCCD, nhưng đều bị từ chối, vì vậy tôi đã chuyển sang hộ chiếu mới sau khi đọc thông tin được chấp nhận rộng rãi hơn nó. Việc tải lên nhiều lần (ngày 12-13 tháng 9 năm 2025) có thể gây ra lỗi "Tải lên không hợp lệ".

Tôi chưa từng phát hiện sóng hoặc vi phạm điều khoản dịch vụ. Tôi đã gửi đơn khiếu nại đến support@chaturbate.com vào ngày 13 tháng 9 năm 2025 nhưng không nhận được vé hay phản hồi nào. I guarantee that my Vietnamese passport (issued on 09/11/2025, valid until 09/11/2035) is 100% genuine, newly issued with an ICAO-standard chip by the Vietnam Immigration Department. I tried my driver's license and ID card/CCCD a few months ago, but they were both rejected, so I switched to a new passport after reading that it is more widely accepted. Multiple uploads (12-13 September 2025) may cause an "Invalid Upload" error.

I have never had any signal or terms of service violations. I submitted a complaint to support@chaturbate.com on September 13, 2025 but have not received a ticket or response. I am willing to submit a clear passport scan and private selfie for manual review, including the verification chip.

@punker barbie, I would appreciate your help in checking my status account or advice on how to unban me. Thank you!

I received a response on Sep 13, 2025, stating my ID was “altered or invalid,” but my Vietnamese passport (issued 11/09/2025, valid until 09/11/2035) is 100% authentic with an ICAO chip. I previously tried driver’s license and national ID months ago, which were rejected, so I switched to my new passport after reading it’s widely accepted. Multiple uploads (Sep 12-13, 2025) due to “Invalid Upload” errors caused a misunderstanding.

I’ve replied to the ticket via support@chaturbate.com with clear passport scans (300 DPI), a matching selfie, and a photo holding my passport. Could you please advise if I need to submit additional photos (e.g., holding a paper with my username/date) or other documents for manual review? I haven’t received further replies.

I would like to kindly ask for your help in checking the status of my appeal.

I submitted an appeal regarding Ticket #24762048 after my account was permanently banned on September 13, 2025. The reason given was that my ID was “altered or invalid.” To clarify, I provided:

A high-resolution scan of my Vietnamese passport (issued in September 2025, ICAO-compliant).

A selfie.

A photo of me holding the passport.

A photo of me holding a paper with my username and the date written on it.


I replied to support on September 18, 2025 with all these documents, but I have not received any further response or request for additional materials since then.

Could you please help check with the support team so that my documents can be manually reviewed? I really appreciate your time and assistance.
