My CB viewer account, username archie_bloom, has been banned, and I have no idea why.
When I last logged in on 6 March, everything went normal, but when I tried to log in again on 14 March, I found that my account had been banned and I saw the following message:
"We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service."
I completed the feedback form and received a confirmation email on 15 March. On 18 March, I replied to ask what I might have done wrong and to request help in regaining access to my account and tokens.
So far, I have not received any further response or information.
@punker barbie, could you please help me get in touch with CB's customer support?
