Hello, I was having connectivity issues and my cam was freezing and kept turning off. I was trying to figure it out and inadvertently had my television on in the background. I was careless and didn't realize my cam was picking up the television resulting in me being banned.. Does anyone have any advice how to can get my account unbanned? I have filled out the form and explained my error. No response as of yet.
